Why NST? Wait a minute, there is a familiar name there, engaged in what seems to be taking someone to court:

Now I dont know the ins and outs of this case, and cant be bothered to work it out - but it seems to be Billis, taking someone to court, supported by posters who write in a similar way on Hot Copper.
And, yes, I know actual Nostradamus used a water bowl rather than John Dee's scrying mirror, but even this would be more truthful and honest than this posters garbage.
