One thing is for sure, it is easy to see from the comments of Justice Osborne that GPR have a number of legal actions they can take including claims against individuals and Rimfire. It looks like they have started going down that path by vehemently opposing the Earn-in terminations at the Arbitration hearing in May.
These matters will be in the courts for years and they have every right to exercise their legal rights from what one can deduce from the judgment.
