These guys are all over the place. A replacement quarterly only days after the original and lucky it was a positive update. Not a great look especially after the AGM was rescheduled last minute in April. Let's just hope they stick to the new AGM details from memory it was August 15th in China. Any changes to those amended AGM details will be another red flag.

Not sure you'll see a dividend until next year when the largest shareholders start coming out of escrow. There is no reason to pay a dividend as it will only prop up a share price that they cannot sell into? They will most likely wait until at least the end of the first half of 2018 maybe even longer as Biotechnology International Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of China Gewang Biotechnology, Inc) has the most shares; 36,000,000 in escrow for 24 months.
