I agree TB8 has taken investors money. When have the trustworthy and impressive management has confirmed it "exists"? The same management that did a placement at a massive discount to NTA/net cash when the company clearly didn't need the $. The same management that said they are strongly pushing for a dividend at the Sydney teleconference. The same management (RIP Tony) that couldn't articulate the number of shares they own and why they aren't purchasing more if the share price is so cheap. Oh and the BDO auditors.... Last time I checked a Chinese firm needs to be audited by a mainland firm so BDO's process would be supervisory at best. The number of caveats in the audit report and directors report reads to me like it isn't worth the paper it's written on.
