I agree - but I happen to have a lot of OAs that I bought some time ago (some nearing the 12mth mark), so I do have a vested interest in what is happening to them
Of course the OBs will do better long term now (I wouldn't be buying them if I was entering now but there is still a certain attraction to them for the greater risk-takers) but back then you could get 2 OAs for every OB and they will never be at a 2:1 price ratio again (unless the heads collapse to under 1c again of course - let's hope not...), so I took a gamble and won (overall) - all a question of when to sell and for how much
If the heads do keep climbing, I won't whinge too much about a minor negative premium - I'll still be way ahead on this one!
Of course, I could always follow my own advice and convert them, but I don't have the spare cash for that at this time, sadly.
