I was just pondering the same thing. It will be interesting to see what it opens at but more important is where it closes LOL!! Given previous highs in the low 80's I reckon there's a fair chance that we will see that level again within a day or two of the announcement .. provided as you say it is good .. as we expect.

I would like toi think that as Amex has alluded .. if there is big news not far away on a PE/TZ equity swap (some of Acument for TZL equity) and a NASDAQ float is mentioned in the announcement tomorrow orWednesday .. we will see much higher than that .. $1.00 is a possibility.

Longer-term .. it just depends on what the cash flow projections are and what actual sales start coming in.
