Fair points. When the original agreement was announced in October 2004 the sp went to a high of 82 cents. The overall market (and acceptable PE's) was significantly lower 2 years ago, and since then significant progress has been made with product development, customer engagement and market assessment. So I reckon that something north of 82 cents is entirely reasonable as an initial market response to a good announcement on a new agreement. Any additional deal that may be done such as equity swaps with PE (and TZL buying part of Acument) will add to the attraction particularly if it reveals good forward cash flow estimates. Then there is the NASDAQ float. Both the these last two possibvilities will revalue TZL higher IMHO.
