Hi Staypuff. Both companies have significant Australian connections who know each other. I'm not sure that Lake has an exclusive licence to this technology within the Lithium triangle, in fact I would say they don't because it is not publicised anywhere. They have some sort of agreement with Lilac but I doubt it would amount to much if push came to shove.
But, Lake are onto this new technology and they are running with it. That gives them some headway. Let's see what they can do with it.
