Reading between the lines here - the Koreans are smart money. They know SB is good to go. The pause in trading was because BOT also know that this deal is a signal to the market, for those that know how these regulatory events play out. The smart money investors are processing the info and will continue to step in and build positions at low prices. This is not just another single brick in the wall BOT is building, this deal is a significant indication of things to come. IMO.
