if you really think this $60-70m Middle East sale and $5-10m Asia sale are coming any day now then this is a cheap stock.
if you don't really trust these guys because they have either been lying to for years about down-selected to 1 in 2, sales coming from this or that partnerships.... or are just incompetent, then it's expensive.
there isn't a whole lot in the middle.
