even if they can get some of the major holders to support the directors they dont hold enough shares to get 51% to keep the directors in if all the other shareholders outside of the top 20 dont want to keep the directors tomorow.

Last year was on a raise of hands at the agm though but they shouldnt be able to do that this year since a lot of people aernt happy with the directors and want to see new ones in place.
