You may be correct. But the seller order has always been way above the trading range. I cannot see it as a factor as you suggest.
The reason why the sp has risen is because of the resolution/purchase of the REE project which only came into being a short time ago.
Yes long time holders are rejoicing seeing the sp rise. Hopefully Volt will be the next one to rocket.
