The company has recently stated they are funded till the DFS. it would be yet another furphy if they raised funds this year.
That said, the annual report had KPIs for Dickos + Neilsen and this involved the company maintaining a cash balance of at least $35M USD = $55M AUD.
Cash in bank should be under $70M
Window of CR is very narrow. If they leave until the new year, Dickos forgoes 40% of his bonus. If they do it before the DFS it's another broken promise
