The recent $ 2.62 price was pretty high. There were two major Child Care Centre REITS, Arena and Folkestone. Folkstone recently entered into an agreement with Charter Hall and was removed from the ASX accordingly on 7th November 2018. There was some articles, which I think were largely guesswork, that Arena might also be an organisation that Charter Hall could look at. I think the price may have risen and subsided on some excitement about that prospect. It may happen one day but in the meantime Arena is about as solid as they come in the current environment even though their share price may fluctuate just like the rest of them. Very comfortable with this one.
