I don't think we are dealing with your normal run of the mill shorters who would be madly covering with oil up 5% overnight.
Shorts as a rule are flighty creatures with one foot always firmly planted near the exits.
Which tells me it is more likely proxies for a player with deep pockets and an agenda.
