Just want to add that excellent potential is not solely a measure for getting (good/cheap) financing - a strong (healthy) sp will help as it bolsters confidence in lenders.

Therefore, good management, excellent reserves/potential (i.e. potential profit) and good sp = winning combination for further (cheap) financing.

BTW, I would prefer SH invest in rights issues, etc, rather than RAU going to cap markets - keep it all in the family!
