Haven't they already signed up for 4 products already? These are the final two in the initial batch of products (and I'd suspect they are now rapidly familiarising themselves with the POH patches - and what sort of market share they are likely to get in Japan?). Surely the companies would have made considerable joint progress on some or all of the 6 targeted products?

It would seem to be far more likely that an early decision in these circumstances (looking at a totally new drug class/delivery system for a company broadening its product portfolio ) would probably be a negative one?


But then who are we to compare our idle speculations with someone knowledgeably "talking from personal experience over three industries"???

But then if the two companies are building a mutual understanding - I would expect the POH share price to rise substantially. So playez, let's be clear - you are publicly "out" now?? No pretending you bought back in just before the announcement??
