Hey Dan for what it's worth, the saying's,

"We're not out of the woods yet"!

Meaning things maybe looking better (In a small clearing) but we're not out of trouble quite yet and yes your right there as far as the world economic outlook goes, but if something is really brewing with cnx (of which I really hope there is) then the things going on over in the US etc...may not really matter too much in the short term but if there's nothing brewing, then, "We're (cnx) definitely not out of the woods yet! But another way of looking at it, if you're lucky enough to be in the Green and you take your profit and run, then I suppose your "Out of the woods" so to speak! It's all in the eye of the beholder!
