It has nothing to do with that, Dolby has always been a share holder and transfer / relinquishing shares to a fund that same family runs.
It's likely more correlated to speculation on why one would make such a decision. My guess is they have knowledge of an impending capital event - I assume others may also be speculating this same thing.
