I checked the Harvey Norman results carefully this morning Morningside published their tables this morning.
I cannot find ANYTHING that would make me want to buy them.
The P/E is 16.74 the highest since 2006 price to sales likewise worst since 2006 at 1.49 big jump!, price to cash flow highest 11.85. Operating revenue lowest since 2008 2.24 bil$, really the exchange rate has been the thing helping earnings ie EURO and New Z $ appreciation.
EBIT lowest since 2007 at $284 mil.
price seems high?
