You said no new rigs will be built until April 2012.

I am just going by memory, but wasn't that the extension that was given by WS to delay the manufacture of the 2 rigs per year?

Under the contract re-negotiation WS was given a X number of new shares in compensation for the delay.

Also, we are saving "$258,000 in annual rental costs" by moving with no mention of reduced staff costs. Maybe there will be some more savings to be had in staffing costs. Although I don't think we will actually see these savings in the financial reports as our staff costs will only increase as more contracts/work are signed/carried out.
