Not sure i agree, the price has comeback from .016 and it has been accumulated fairly nicely. The market cap seems like its about right for where they are up to in their cycle. This company doesn't pump anns, it just tells us what is going on and so far the news has been good, nothing spectacular to force the price up to 3s.
