    Was handed some information-make of it what you will.

    Although the bank has approved the loan they required a formality-they want BSR Mining (registered in Australia) to avoid paying double tax ??? So the company has now registered in Mauritius to avoid this situation. that being done the paperwork has to go through the Minister for Mines.....and how long will that take????

    Why they think double tax issues I have no idea. As I said make of it as you will.
