I think it is time I take you off ignore, as I still get to see some of your posts that others respond to. Can't even imagine what the ones I don't see are like.

Your post: "Oh its ok p, if your on the team, you can make it up as you go." offers nothing to this thread. There is no team here. Just a bunch of people, some of whom have a stake in the company, and therefore enjoy sharing their ideas. Then there are others who have no stake in the company who seem to get their jollies off attempting to shoot down the holders, for what reason I do not know. If for just once, they had something genuine to contribute, I and many others would be grateful.
