IMO it is far too early to speculate on a CR price as much could happen between now (good or bad) and when it occurs , it is only mid-November after all. I think we are all used to being let down at this point but that is the ride we have chosen. It's not hope, but still possible that ML could drop and everything changes.

In relation to repatriation of investment funds I don't see us getting a $40million cheque ever, I expect it would be recouped over a number of years dependant on our diamond recovery rate.

Yes, I tend to agree that the conditions regarding this issue are sketchy at best, (as are many with LOM, office refit anyone?), but once again this is not a new issue and a risk many have decided they are willing to take long ago.
