Hmmm.... but that does not really make sense.
If shareholders had a choice between Converting their options at a good price... or... buying new shares in a capital raising to prevent dilution...
Which do you think they would prefer to do?
If the price is right, then surely the shareholders would convert rather than CR.
So i honestly think there is as much certainty in management of the Options as the CR.
Price only needs to hit 45 to see a large wave of conversions i think.
