Mining licence is everything, it opens the door to 35 years of harvesting type 11 diamonds, IMO will bring international investment into Lucapa, complete game changer for all shareholders, possibly the biggest announcement Lucapa has ever made.Exciting times just around the corner.glta holders!!!!!!
