In a matter of months the message emanating from Lucapa had changed.
Originally the market was lead to believe that Lucapa would have first rights to claw back it's investment costs from the revenues of diamond sales, months later this has changed to clawing back it's investment only from JV profits.
Can you provide any clarity regarding this discrepancy?
