Well i already mentioned last week that i have a suspicion that the price is being propped up to establish a strong Average Trading price so as to offer a Capital Raising at a price discounted to that.
So Personally I think they will offer it at a price of 30c, selling it as a 20% discount to recently traded prices, and also so that it does not completely wipeout the hope of the Options.
At 30c, it still leaves enough incentive that when the Mining License comes through, the shareprice might go to 40-45, and thus the Options are back in play before their Expiry next year.
I am thinking that with the concerns regarding diluting too much with so many Options still in play, that they may only try and raise $5M... which when combined with the Sale of the Diamonds in the safe, should be enough to keep them going for another year.
Which works out to be what? 1 share offered for every 11 held?
Well, anyway this is my current thoughts, and what I am currently holding money in the bank for.
Keep in mind this is all opinion and no based on info whatsoever.
