Note that QH said "bulk extraction" which is bulk sampling, and also note the article writer can't distinguish between bulk sampling and mining, and to further demonstrate their ignorance they start talking about the Witwatersrand !
I'd like to ask whoever wrote that the following questions.
Mining? Without a mining lease, enviro permits and without a plant? Good luck with that.....
