Can someone advise me of how many pxupa are on issue ,i checked a few websites on got conflicting totals
In addition what % of those shareholders are required to vote to amend the constitution or terms of the notes .
Trying to determine just how many pxupa would be needed for a party who held both to therefore accept an offer from PPX .
