I still think it was "good". I doubt the PE offer is serious. So it will all amount to nothing, but I gaurantee that even if it is serious then its only a first low ball offer. Just part of the game. Then the trust steps in. Wins a small concession. Holders become more accepting. Everyone has a warm fuzzy feeling.
