    PXUPA was bought by investors as a income stream - as it no longer pays any distributions it is defunct. I speculate that most holders would take up a offer of 40c in the dollar or so.

    The bigger issue is that things will get worse for PPX than better in next 3-6months. EU is broken - the game will be up very soon IMO.
