Agreed .. market sentiment will see ROC struggle until Angola starts later next week. The computer trading has been going on for weeks and months .... sometimes buying other times selling. It tends to exaggerate the move in whatever direction the market is heading. Looks like fund accumulation. Probably a buy anywhere near the recent spike low of $3.20 IMHO.
