I think it's just ebbs and flows of a somewhat iliquid stock.
I think its more likely than not that this stays under pressure until financing is complete. There are anecdotal signs that a few parties could support by way of debt provision but I think that until this is locked in the equity risk remains to the downside.
I also think funding will likely be a longer slog than people expect - I'm not familiar with the EFK but in general ECAs do a high degree of due diligence, etc.
