I guess I am having a bit of fun with the possible permatations, less dramatic in the end and perhaps a better fit for purpose, I still see BV with the $30m btw, but unlike many I don't see the funds being totally locked down in this qtr, I do think changes to wording this last couple of months point to some changes, anyway perhaps some words on current state of the funds will be out soon, as you say this would be welcomed.
