I've noted of late we always have a very heavy sell side. Most sells are in an uncompetitive range - they look to be retail orders intended to catch any price spikes.
Pretty sure this extra volume on the sell side isn't helping us to make gains against the bots. Sure, there's hefty external market influences upon the algos, but I also think bots work heavily on the ratio of buyers to sellers - until the buyer volume outweighs the seller volume, and the algos will likely keep trying to trade us down.
My point - don't set sell side orders unless they're likely to be hit.
