there is a whole world of disenfranchised ex banking customers and disillusioned existing customers all looking for a better option. Those options are here now and growing.
banks have regressed to being the old version of what were known 20 years ago as “Building Societies”
if Banks look after their SME business customers like they looked after their retail customers then they will have further market share erosion in another sector. They don’t have competition with each other anymore
they are not agile businesses, they are not innovative. Banks are followers not leaders - plain & simple
