Call Option1 TWE has informed D2O that its current intention is to sell thevineyards associated with these water entitlements. This transactionincludes the ability for TWE to buy the water entitlements back fromD2O at market price (subject to a price cap and collar) should abinding sale agreement for the associated vineyards not be signed by30 September 2023, or completed by 14 June 2024, in which caseTWE has the ability to cancel the lease. Upon the successful sale ofthe vineyards associated with these water entitlements, the leasemay either be assigned to the purchaser or cancelled.
