I don't think there was any contempt. I didn't know they had convertible debt. I am still researching this stock. I am just sceptical of all broker research: it is paid for by the Universal Coal to get people interested in the stock. The company wants cheap finance. Many broker targets (especially if it is a "speculative buy" mean it just has low probability of occurrence. I am researching this company because I am interested in it, but it does seem to have some flaws. I have many other companies on my possible buy list. If you care to look at my posts on UCL you will see I may have to find a home for more than Aus$50,000. I am unlikely to be putting any of it here if you treat me like that. I have a huge list of stocks to work through to decide what to do with it.
