That green handle that someone was talking about looks like forming, but I prefer to watch the RSI for that second time retreat to a higher low like you are talking about, which seems formed therefore will probably do well from this point. I think the quick buck traders and inexperienced as you call them will probably hold at this stage, for the amount of time their emotions let them do anyway.
But like someone else said it's going to be a rough ride to higher, totally hear that. good call.
