Agreed, banks realise they are up against these fin techs disrupters and they know that they cannot rely on their old traditional ways of transacting- although they still have huge market share, they are losing a couple of % on an ongoing basis and this is going to worsen. The banks know they need to change their model or get into this sector in a big way.
