I've loaded up. Just need to right-size this business and turn it into a cash machine. The property sales should help out considerably.
Business still showing strong cash-flow if you strip out Transformation plan, Depreciation and Capital purchases.
And where there is smoke there is fire. Maybe we'll see another takeover offer from the previously rebuffed bidder. 50 or 60 cents does seems a little high now considering the current share price. But we are talking a company with over a billion in revenue and current market cap 45million - it is priced for going out of business.
Looks like the Institutions are still bailing out.
