Where is this notion that it could be bad news coming from?
Had the deal fallen over then they would announce it immediately. They can't hide from that.
But, no. It's like they say. The negotiations are ongoing and reaching a conclusion. TH was required to prevent people trading blind. It can really only go one way imo. Just a pitty that it looks like existing shareholders aren't entitled to new shares. But that's only a small complaint.
