The way I understand it is that price target is as at now, given current circumstances. i.e - Current stage of development.
Once production starts the price will be north of $2.00 and another broker late 2015 gave a target of $4.63 once in full production and product is being delivered. +/- 2018.
Open to correction - its just my recollection and imo.
