Have a good read of previous announcements and reports, it will be the best thing you can do.
In my opinion, when TNG gets finance sorted we should be pretty close to $1. By the time we are mining $2.50 should be easily achievable. One research report put TNG above $4 for the beginning of construction, that would be amazing but I think a bit unrealistic.
