This report is CONFIRMATION that a licensing deal with Intel is imminent.
The report - as indicated at the bottom - was commissioned by Xped.
They have clearly briefed TMT Analytics that "expect Xpe to sign a commercial IP licensing agreement with Intel in the near term, commencing in FY17"
They did not invent that - they were briefed. No more need to join dots!
