Dcf valuation for start up tech company!!! Too capture long term value!!!
IOT suppose to grow exponentialy... How does that work in that terminal value calculation by fixing it at 3%!!?? Most of value comes from terminal with dcf...
This is not a mature sector or a mature company to assume stable growth...
Cost of capital, lucky it was assumed Intel is signed in along with 4 others. Otherwise, What will be, 25%! One would assume after signing with some NASDAQ chippies and others, it will be less risky...
I can't recall everything about dcf, been a long time, but I am not convinced with this valuation...
