    I think they mean their DCF valuation is $1.46 after finance had been secured and their current share price target is 73c based on a risk factor of 50‰ being applied to their DCF valuation, reflecting that they don't yet have finance (probably a bit optimistic... 10‰ would probably be closer to the mark!) . So one is an actual company /project valuation and the other is a current share price target. They definitely appeared to contradict themselves.
