price target upgrade / good year ahead

JP Morgan has upgraded their price target from $1.74 to $2.03. In my opinion this will be the first of a series of upgrades. I believe the coming year will be a good one for AAD. Their revenue was fairly flat last year as was to be expected but they also put a hold on their development program. This year they are ramping things up again with the building of a number of new flagship bowling sites in QLD, VIC and NSW. Their AMF bowling and M9 laser facility at Rooty Hill RSL club is due to open in April. Considering the popularity of that RSL I would expect this centre to do very well. In addition, there was a recent article in the Gold Coast bulletin which referred to a potential major new ride addition and possible expansion of Dreamworld and WhiteWater World. It will also be the first year that their new Q Deck observation deck acquisition will contribute to earnings
